Programme of Bach, performed by individuals from the Chicago Symphony Orchestra to help children and their parents harness the calming and restorative power of mindful breathing. This virtual program beautifully weaves animated illustrations, solo performances and narration by Amy Eshleman, First Lady of Chicago and learning specialist, to support the qualities of resilience and social and emotional well-being during this time of uncertainty. 

Based on the popular children's book by New York Times bestselling author Nick Ortner and Alison Taylor and illustrated by Michelle Polizzi, this virtual program is a collaboration between the Negaunee Music Institute at the Chicago Symphony Orchestra and Chicago Children’s Theatre.
